Refunds & Returns

Thank you so much for supporting my small, made to order creative business. Each item I create is infused with care, intention and individuality. To ensure you feel confident in your purchase, please take a moment to review my policy on refunds and returns, particularly for custom made and digital products.

Made to Order & Custom Production

All of my fabric designs and art prints, whether limited or open edition are printed on demand, specifically for your order. This means:

  • I do not hold pre printed stock
  • Each item is custom made just for you, once your order is placed

Due to this bespoke production process and in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 regarding goods made to a customer’s specifications, I’m generally unable to offer refunds, cancellations or exchanges once production has begun.

Before You Order

To help you feel confident before purchasing:

Fabric: I highly recommend ordering a sample swatch, where available before committing to larger quantities. This allows you to preview the design, colour and texture in person.

Art Prints: Please review product descriptions, sizing and imagery carefully to ensure it aligns with your expectations.

All Orders: Before finalising your purchase, kindly double check all order details, including size, colour and design. Changes cannot be made once production begins.

Digital Products

Digital creations, such as downloadable colour palettes or files are delivered instantly to your inbox upon purchase. Because of their nature:

All digital sales are final

No refunds or exchanges can be offered once the file has been sent

By completing your purchase, you consent to immediate supply and acknowledge that your right to cancel ends when the download begins

Your digital product will be available to download once, and for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase.

Returns for Faulty or Incorrect Items

While returns for custom items are not generally accepted, your statutory rights are always respected. If you receive an item that is:

  • Faulty
  • Incorrect
  • Not as described

Please contact me at Kirsty@mayannella.com within 14 days of delivery and I will resolve the issue promptly.

If a return is necessary, you will receive clear instructions and I will cover the cost of return shipping. Please send returns to:

For high value returns, I strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as I cannot guarantee the safe arrival of returned goods without tracking.
