At May Annella, all of my designs are printed on demand, meaning each product is uniquely made once an order is placed. Due to this custom made process, I am unable to offer refunds or cancellations after production has begun.

To ensure complete satisfaction, I strongly encourage customers to order sample swatches before committing to larger purchases for fabric and wallpaper based items. This helps you confirm the design, colour and material quality beforehand. For art prints, please carefully review the product description, sizing and images before placing your order.

Please double check your order details (such as size, colour, and design) prior to finalising your purchase, as I cannot process changes once production starts.

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact me at Kirsty@mayannella.com within 14 days of delivery and I will work to resolve the issue.
